great location but noisy at night
The staff were genuinely friendly and eager to assist. I loved the pool view from my room. The vibrant atmosphere of the resort positioned me right in the middle of the fun, a fantastic advantage for anyone looking to explore the local nightlife.
The noise from nearby establishments was quite bothersome at night.

Close to beach
Awful!! Too noisy at night due to beach parties until 2am. We were there 5 days and not once did they come to clean the room. staff were rude and brash. payment by cash only. No cards. do not stay here if you want to sleep! Too noisy! No breakfast at all. Only stayed because everywhere else was full. The pictures on the website are not all true, the photo of the beach is the beach which is on the other side of the island!!

Great location near everything fun. The room was clean and stylish. I appreciated the friendly staff. The pool area is nice for a chill afternoon. We got a lovely bottle of cold water at check-in, a nice touch. I'd definitely come back 😊

Style of bungalow was nice & location in a spacious garden is a plus.
I'm an airline staff & love travelling all over the world. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels, from modest guesthouse to high end resorts. Anita resort is probably my worst experience ever.Very unpolite, agressive & rude staff. Very poor english capability making requests almost impossible. Dirty room (bathroorm hardly cleaned during our 8-days stay), airco not working, burning showers with crazy heating system & weak water pressure, no breakfast. no reception after 8pm, staff eating on the floor at the hotel entrance. noisy location next to beach discos making it impossible to sleep without ear-plugs before 3am. Room rate expensive but seems to be a specificity of Phi-phi...

Close to the beach. Located on the best side of Phi Phi.
Non-friendly management. Staff doesn't care much about what's going on in the hotel. You are obliged to pay for the whole stay before getting the keys.

The room was nice and smelt good.
Staff were arguing with guests when we arrived and turns out this was not unusual, as saw this later again with other guests. They were very disorganised - we had to come back three times for our room to be ready, as it was not cleaned, kept on saying a hour, then another half hour e.t.c, so we couldn't go far, which wasted our time on a short stay. Staff unhelpful and didn't organise transfer, even though we thought it was sorted. Staff sat chatting and eating outside a lot of the time, instead of dealing with customers straight away. Left our bags unattended in the open lobby, unsafe. No breakfast available, even though advertised.

The location was ok - near to the beach.
Most hotels had their staff at the pier (at scheduled ferry arrival from Phuket) to help guests but not Anita. The lady at the reception was pretty rude. She failed to inform us that the check-out time was 11:00 am instead of usual 12:00 at other places and then charged 300 thb for an hour which seemed pretty steep. Funny thing is she threatened to call the police if we didnt pay which was totally unnecessary.

Units with balcony. Bonus point for a mini bar, a hair dryer, and a safe box. Central location, just a pleasant stroll away from Koh Phi Phi Viewpoint. The staff - excellent and extremely helpful.

A spacious room and a fantastic pool added comfort to our experience, complemented by a delicious burger selection. Despite the cute reception staff, several issues arose , including being given a noisy room and inadequate housekeeping services like not receiving toilet paper. The unexpected charge upon check-in.

good location but could use a few improvements
The staff were genuinely friendly and eager to help. The garden view was lovely. It provided a nice escape from the busyness outside. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, perfect for a relaxing afternoon.
The Standard Double Room felt a bit outdated.

This location was perfect, not far from the beach and also many bars and restaurants. It also was in downtown.
